The Days of May

To make up for the previous post, which consisted of words, WORDS, so many worrrrrds!, this post will contain pictures. And maybe a few words. Just a few! I promise!

Since I've been so MIA over the past couple months, I feel like I need to do a little catch up before I can start posting in Real Time again. If you are my FB or Instagram friend, I apologize- there will be some repetition. But seriously, who doesn't want to look at cute pictures of my children over and over again!?! (Actually, I think only me and my mom want to do that so... sorry again...)

The Days of May:

The day Henry rode (sat) on Papa Boss's motorcycle...

The day the whole family walked the dog:

The weekend I ran away to the bay with some girfriends...

The day my brave friend Jenny let three children help her bake cookies:

The day Henry built a tower taller than himself:

The day I let the kids play with shaving cream in the backyard...

The day David got a job offer and we went out for pizza to celebrate (also, because I was too shellshocked to cook...)

The day Maggie slept in a shopping cart:

The day Henry found my bluetooth (also, the reason I even have a bluetooth is because there was a day in APRIL where I started a new job, working remotely as a legal assistant for my dad. Seemed pertinent to tell you, since I'm catching the world up on our lives and all...)

The day we rode the train to the park, had a picnic, rode the ferry to Portsmouth, ate ice cream, rode the ferry back, rode the train back, and then collapsed from glee/exhaustion (also know as The Day of Public Transportation...)

The day of Mothers (Mother's Day, duh...)

The day Maggie wrote her memoirs...

The day we went to the park...

The day Ellen wore a hat and I died of cuteness...

The day David started his new job (in Richmond, while we were still in Norfolk) and I celebrated by drinking eleven thousand cups of coffee, because solo parenting is FOR THE BIRDS...

The day Henry found my office supplies...

The day I bought him a toy knife (and yes, I think I regret it...)

The day Maggie ate a carrot...

The day it stopped raining after raining for 5 days straight, so we stomped in puddles and sang "Rain, rain, DON'T YOU DARE COME BACK..."

The day Henry turned into David...

The day Maggie had to start carrying her own caution sign...

The day David got another story published...

The day Henry wore a tank top...

The day Maggie quit in the middle of our walk...

And there you have it! May for the Williamson clan.

Stay tuned for all the days in June! Spoiler alert: June involved a lot of boxes. A LOT a LOT of boxes.
